• Health and Safety Study and collaboration with the Health and Safety Coordinator.
• Quality control and control of the degree of compliance for the work programme.
• Contractor’s certification controls: bill of quantities.
• Monitoring of the works plan and the required quality for buildings and facilities.
• Completion certificate for the building, where the compliance with the required specifications is validated.
